Teen Leadership Board

Kulanu is developing a new Teen Leadership Board to help advise the school. The Teen Leadership Board will be comprised of up to 8 Teens, representing each of the 4 Temples. They meet throughout the year before Kulanu to help make decisions about programs, events, dinner menus and class topics. It is a wonderful way to help make an impact on your Kualnu community!

Why Should I Apply?

  • Build leadership skills that can help you in your future
  • Meet new friends
  • Advise the Kulanu director and Board on how to improve programming
  • Build your resume for college
  • Teens should be a returning student of Kulanu and can not apply during their first year at the school

Board Requirements and Expectations

  • Attend and maintain a positive Kulanu attendance record
  • Participate in 3out of the 4 Kulanu Teen meetings throughout the school year
  • Embody Kulanu positively for the benefit of friends and the community
  • Be a role model and liaison for the Kulanu student body to the leadership of Kulanu 

Timeline

  • Applications due: September 1, 2019
  • Kulanu Teen Leadership Meeting dates – Teen Leaders required to attend 3 out of 4 meetings. Meetings take place from 4:00-5:00PM at Kulanu.
